LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP

• Cinergy Elite loyalty program is open to anyone except Cinergy Entertainment team members and their immediate family members. Must be 13 years of age or older to participate.
• Cinergy will issue virtual cards which will be tied to your mobile phone number. Your mobile phone number must be used at each transaction in order to receive credit points.
• Elite members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on concessions and attractions, 2 points for every 1 movie ticket purchased, 20 points for every 1 hour of bowling* (*if applicable, at select locations).
• A maximum of 200 points may be earned within a 24-hour period.
• Elite Members will start earning points as soon as you sign up and complete their first transaction either online, on our app, or in our centers.
• To earn or apply rewards, Elite Members must have an active membership account at the time of purchase. Elite Members will not be credited retroactively for purchases made without an active membership account.
• If, for any reason, the point of sale is inaccessible or if the Elite Member forgets his/her account number, the original ticket stubs may be presented for credit during the next center visit or by contacting Cinergy Entertainment. Guests must present receipts or ticket stubs for manual adjustments. No more than two manual adjustments will be allowed per account in a single month. Additionally, manual adjustments will not be made for purchases made beyond 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
• Elite members will not earn points for any fun card purchases or arcade game play.
• Elite members will earn a $5 Elite Reward after accumulating 300 points. The $5 Elite Reward may be redeemed for any purchase at a Cinergy location at the point of sale.
• (a) Elite Rewards must be used within 90 days of issuance. Guests can continue to earn additional rewards during this time.
• b) Guests can use more than 1 reward at a single purchase time.
• (c) Elite Rewards are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
• These terms and conditions incorporate our Privacy Policy.
• Cinergy Entertainment Group reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or liability.
• Cinergy Entertainment Group reserves the right to alter or discontinue the Cinergy Elite Loyalty program at any time without any liability to its members.
